strip for both specials & 1 game strip for Jackpot.
14 games pay up to $450, Specials $500 & $1,000, Jackpot $1,200

Doors open 4:00pm | Dinner 5:00-6:15pm | Bingo 6:30pm

For reservations contact Taylor Burgee (301) 278-2492. Reserve tickets
then mail check SAME DAY. Please Provide each players full name.

Players on the mailing list please use the enclosed pre-addressed
envelope). Cut off for paid tickets to be mailed Feb 27th.

Feb 27th - Mar 13th - Call in reservations continue as long as tickets are
available. These tickets must be paid for and picked up at the LVFD
social hall on either March 12th & 13th between 6:00-7:30pm.

Early reservations strongly suggested for assigned seats & food. Tickets
will be sold at the door (if still available) at $55 pp.

Checks payable to & ALL proceeds benefit LIBERTYTOWN VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.
LVFD reserves the right to reduce payouts if less than 150 players. NO REFUNDS.
