The Work-Based Learning program will assist building a highly trained oriented young work force and address workforce needs. The program promotes occupational skills, provides experiences and credentials needed to enhance in volunteer staffing needs. By participating in work-based learning programs, we can "grow our own" talent by providing opportunities to develop skills that are needed for difficult-to-fill positions.
